India is ready to light up the skies with a fresh missile test scheduled between September 24 and 25 in the Bay of Bengal. This new missile will fly up to 1,500 km, says the ET Bureau. Why is this exciting? Because just earlier, India showed off its muscle by successfully launching the Agni-5 missile, which can zoom over 5,000 km! The Defence Ministry confirmed the Agni-5 test from Odisha’s Chandipur was a perfect hit, meeting all technical and operational checks. The mighty Agni-5 can target areas all across Asia, including far northern parts of China, and even some spots in Europe. It’s like holding a giant bow with a long arrow that stretches across continents! But that's not all! Last month, India also fired up its short-range nuclear-capable missiles — Prithvi-II and Agni-I — proving its growing strength in missile technology. The upcoming test from the Integrated Test Range in the Bay of Bengal is a fresh step in India's robust defense journey. The whole world is watching as India keeps sharpening its missile prowess with every test!
