Next, pay attention as the paramedic tells Snake a scary vampire tale to distract him from pain. This creepy story about a vampire named Dracula will shake Snake to his core, leading to a nightmare. And this nightmare unlocks the Guy Savage minigame! After the story scene ends, reload the saved game to jump straight into the minigame. Once the time runs out, Snake wakes up and the main adventure continues. If you finish the entire game, you also get the Guy Savage minigame unlocked on the main menu to play anytime you want!
