Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Panchayat, Bhuvanesh Patil, visited Amminabhavi and Hebballi gram panchayats in Dharwad taluk of Karnataka. In Amminabhavi, he inspected the Jal Jeevan Mission's progress and reviewed the DBOT drinking water unit. He also visited the Primary Health Centre, checked medical records, and instructed officials to provide timely and free healthcare. Next, Mr. Patil went to Hebballi gram panchayat to examine household water connections under the rural drinking water scheme. He checked water meter installation, pipeline work, road restoration, water supply regularity, and water quality testing using field kits. He was accompanied by Dharwad Tahsildar D.H. Hugar, Taluka Panchayat Executive Officer Gangadhar Kandkur, Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation Department Executive Engineer Jagadish Patil, and other officials including contractor representatives. The visits aimed to ensure the smooth delivery of water and healthcare services to the local people.
