Kozhikode recorded a 77.24% voter turnout in the second phase of local body polls. Over 20.7 lakh voters cast their ballots in 91 local bodies, including 7 municipalities and 70 panchayats. Highest turnout was in Ramanattukara municipality at 81.39%. Counting starts Saturday.
