Telangana DCA Seizes ₹1.39 Crore Worth Drugs, Finds 84 Sub-Standard Medicines in 2025

Telangana Drugs Control Administration seized medicines worth ₹1.39 crore in 244 cases during 2025. They inspected 28,816 places and detected 84 sub-standard drugs. Cracking down hard on spurious medicines, four arrests were made for the first time ever. A major storage of illegal Alprazolam tablets was busted in Hyderabad.
