The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) has shocked fans of Bigg Boss Kannada by ordering the immediate closure of the show's studio in Bidadi, Bengaluru South district. This explosive move comes just as Season 12, hosted by the famous Kichcha Sudeep, recently began airing. The pollution watchdog said the studio, run by Vels Studios and Entertainment Private Limited (also called Jolly Wood Studios & Adventures), has no proper permissions to run big entertainment activities. As per the official notice sent on October 6, "The said premises are being used for large-scale entertainment and studio operations without obtaining the required Consent for establishment and Consent for Operation under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981." The KSPCB didn’t mince words, warning, "In view of the violations observed, you are hereby directed to close down the operations with immediate effect and to furnish an explanation to this office within the stipulated period." This closure order was also shared with top officials like the Deputy Commissioner of Ramanagara District and the Managing Director of BESCOM to make sure the directive is strictly followed. The polluters were warned that ignoring the order would mean serious penalties under environmental laws. Fans know that the Bigg Boss Kannada show has a spectacular set-up in Bidadi and has been running here for many seasons. With actor Sudeep hosting since the show's first launch in 2013, it is one of Karnataka's most popular TV programs. Now, with this sudden closure, the fate of the current season hangs in balance. Will the show continue smoothly, or will this be a big hiccup? Only time will tell! But one thing is certain — the KSPCB means business when it comes to protecting our environment. Stay tuned for updates on this thrilling clash between popular entertainment and pollution control regulations!
