Mumbai emerged as the leader in land deals for the first half of 2025, with the Mumbai metropolitan region witnessing 24 transactions covering 433 acres, amounting to a total deal value of Rs 11,137 crore, according to the latest report by Anarock. The real estate sector in India witnessed a total of 76 land deals during this period, with the total value of the transacted land reaching Rs 30,885 crore and a revenue potential of approximately Rs 1.5 lakh crore. This surge in land transactions in 2025 has already surpassed the volume of deals seen throughout 2024, reflecting a bullish trend in the real estate market.
