The Hyderabad Entrepreneurship Summit 2025 was full of excitement as The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Hyderabad Chapter revealed the sparkling TiE 50 list. This list highlights the top 50 most promising startups from Telangana that are ready to grow big and fast! Some star startups are Ambiator, Achala Health Services, Alien Innovations, AltNxt Energy, and BeAble Health among others. Murli Kakarla, TiE Hyderabad Vice President, leads this cool initiative which gives startups much-needed mentorship, market access, and funding. “This is a unique benchmarking exercise being done for the first time to recognise quality and potential among Telangana’s emerging entrepreneurs,” he said. Over 300 hopeful startups applied for this maiden TiE 50 list, showing the huge startup energy in Telangana! And guess what? The applications for the 2026 TiE 50 will open in July, so more dreamers can join the fun. The summit was not just about the list; it was a celebration of entrepreneurial talent. Gullapalli Nageswara Rao from LV Prasad Eye Institute bagged the prestigious Social Entrepreneur of the Year award. Anil Chalamalashetty and Mahesh Kolli from Greenko also received top honors. Women entrepreneurs shone as Midhula Devabhaktuni, Co-founder of MIVI, was named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. Investor groups joined the party too! Hyderabad Angels won the Best Angel Network award, and Endiya Partners took home the Best Venture Capital Firm trophy. The event showed how Telangana is powering ahead as an entrepreneurship hotspot, with brilliant ideas ready to change the game.
