CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJINAGAR: The stage was set in Nagpur, but Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange didn't hold back fire! He slammed the recent giant OBC march, calling it nothing more than a Congress and Rahul Gandhi-sponsored gala aimed at politics, not people. Jarange told reporters, "This is not an OBC march. It is a Congress rally organised for political gains. It seems the parties in office and the opposition are conspiring against our reservation." His words packed the punch of a political thunderbolt, accusing even key OBC leaders and NCP chief Sharad Pawar of playing along. The march was supposed to protest Maharashtra government's September 2 order on changing reservation rules. But Jarange claims it's all a theatrical show. He questioned, "Why are they suddenly feeling their share in reservation is getting reduced because of the inclusion of Marathas? Why did they not react when many other castes were included in OBC?" Warning the government with a sharp edge, Jarange said, "If the government is considering withdrawing reservation, we will not spare it." His fiery stance shows the simmering tension over the reservation battle in Maharashtra, with Marathas ready to fight tooth and nail to protect their share. In this political saga, the Maratha quota activist cuts through the noise and points fingers at what he calls a grand political conspiracy. Is this just politics, or a fight for real community rights? The drama is far from over in the land of reservations!
