The roar of engines and the thrill of fierce racing took centre stage at the third leg of the Indian Racing Festival, held under the blazing sun at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. Sponsored by JK Tyre, Nayara Energy, and Mobil1, the festival brought heart-stopping moments from the Indian Racing League, the FIA-certified Formula 4 Indian Championship, and the JK Tyre National Racing Championship (Formula LGB4). Indian Racing League witnessed a masterclass as Raoul Hyman of Goa Aces JA Racing conquered the challenging 16-turn track with cool precision. The British racer clocked 26:46.480 in the Driver B race to claim his second win, beating Shahan Ali Mohsin of Speed Demons Delhi by six seconds. Ruhaan Alva of Kichcha’s Kings Bengaluru finished strong in third place. The Formula 4 Indian Championship day was packed with thrilling twists. Shane Chandaria of Chennai Turbo Riders started strong with a lights-to-flag win in Race 2. Japanese driver Itsuki Sato stunned fans in Race 3 by snatching victory after a last-lap collision between Chandaria and Sachel Rotge. Ishaan Madesh of Kolkata Royal Tigers finished Race 3 on the podium and then skyrocketed from fourth place to take his second win in Race 4, showcasing pure racing magic. In the JK Tyre FMSCI National Racing Championship’s Formula LGB4 class, Bengaluru’s Dhruvh Goswami grabbed his first win of the weekend in Race 3, fending off rival Diljith T S from Dark Don Racing. Race 4 brought dramatic turns as Mehul Agarwal stormed from eighth on the grid to seize a thrilling win, marking his third triumph of the festival. Diljith took second place again, while Goswami held the third spot. With engines still echoing, the excitement now shifts to the new Goa Oceanfront Street Circuit for Round 3, promising high-speed battles on challenging new layouts. The grand finale will roar into life on the Mumbai Street Circuit, featuring a dazzling night race to crown a season packed with fierce rivalries and unforgettable performances.
