Shiv Sena Rivals Clash Over Shocking Bal Thackeray Death Claims Ahead of Mumbai Elections

October 5, 2025

Mumbai's political scene is sizzling hot as the civic elections draw near. At the Shiv Sena's Dussehra rally, leader Ramdas Kadam shocked everyone by claiming that party founder Bal Thackeray actually died two days before the official announcement. He said, "his body was kept at Matoshree to take fingerprints for his will." This claim hit like a thunderbolt! The Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray (UBT) Sena didn't take this lightly. UBT leader Anil Parab fired back, saying, "I am going to file a defamation case against Ramdas Kadam. There were doctors and several eyewitnesses present, including me, when Balasaheb passed away. If he doesn't apologise, we will sue him." That's a serious fight! Ramdas Kadam didn't back down. He made the controversy even hotter by connecting it to Bal Thackeray's will and boldly said he was ready to take a narco test. He even challenged Uddhav Thackeray to do the same! But the UBT Sena hit back hard once more, bringing up old questions about how Kadam's wife, Jyoti Kadam, had burn injuries back in 1993. This fiery episode has thrown more fuel on the already burning rivalry between the Shinde-led Shiv Sena and the Uddhav faction. With Mumbai's civic polls just around the corner, this political drama promises to keep the heat on in Maharashtra's power corridors!
