In the last two to three days, many people in Uttar Pradesh became scared when they saw drones flying over their neighborhoods. But police quickly stepped in to clear the air. Superintendent of Police Abhimanyu Manglik said on Sunday that a drone was found fallen in a field at Pachpatiya village near Chauri police station on Saturday night. The police caught it and registered an FIR against unknown people. "Some miscreants appear to be flying drones under the cover of darkness to create unnecessary panic among people," said SP Manglik. People were worried that these drones might be spying or helping thieves target houses and farms. But the police found no proof that drones were used for stealing. They are now investigating who is behind these secretive night flights. The SP gave a clear message: "Do not take the law into your own hands and report to the police immediately if you spot such drone activities." He also warned, "Strict action will be initiated against those trying to spread fear." Rumors had spread across several districts linking drones to theft and spying, but the police say these are only rumors causing panic in the community. Thanks to the swift police response, residents can breathe easier knowing the authorities are on the case and that drone sightings do not mean trouble.
