These must be accessed digitally and securely through Mana Mitra," he declared. The government has ordered all District Collectors to ensure citizens get their official certificates ONLY via the Mana Mitra WhatsApp platform. Right now, there are 738 services available through this WhatsApp Governance, and more will come soon. Imagine getting any important certificate in just a few taps on WhatsApp! To spread this digital magic far and wide, Katamneni Bhaskar asked officials to create public awareness. "Village and ward secretariat staff will visit villages to educate people," he added.
