Big news from the Biles family! Sammi Biles, the sister-in-law of superstar gymnast Simone Biles, opened up about her daughter Ronni Louise Biles’ health journey. On August 29, 2025, Sammi took to Instagram to share that baby Ronni is finally recovering well after surgery. For over a year, Ronni’s health kept the entire family on edge. She faced scary moments with fevers and even vomiting blood. Sammi described how she painfully watched her baby “stop breathing + choking + thrashing + restless + angry + crying when trying to sleep.” It was a tough fight for the little one. Things became even more challenging in June 2025, when Sammi welcomed her newborn son, Ronald George Biles III. Juggling her own health, Sammi managed to care for both her kids with the help of family and friends. She thanked them warmly, saying, “thanks to our moms, flexibility w/ Ron’s schedule, & a handful of close friends for stepping in & helping out. I’ve found it to be true over and over again that it takes a village.” Still, Sammi felt the sting of judgment from outsiders and questioned, “what happened to ‘women supporting women’ & ‘moms supporting moms’?” But with courage, she ended with a bright note: “our kids are happy, taken care of, fed, & most importantly loved.” The strong bond within the family shines through, especially between baby Ronni and her aunt Simone Biles. At the Simone Biles Invitational in Houston, Ronni looked adorable in a tiny gym-style tracksuit, stealing hearts. Simone shared a sweet photo and said, “Miss girl is soooo cute. ms. ronni biles.” She also added, “baby sized stuff just looks so much cuter! I’m obsessed.” Baby Ronni cheers on her aunt at events, shouting “TT go, TT go” during the Gold Over America Tour.
