This company is led by Deep Trivedi, a celebrated speaker and author! The Lodha Avalon is a posh residential project under construction right on Juhu Tara Road, where once the Centaur Hotel stood. This isn’t just any location – it’s a celebrity hotspot! The apartment neighbors Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow, and just across the street are the homes of stars Ajay Devgan and Kajol. In fact, this jaw-dropping sale smashed the previous sea-facing price record in Juhu, jumping from ₹1,08,000 per sq ft to a whopping ₹1,15,000 per sq ft! The deal closed on August 18, 2025. Along with the ₹113.42 crore price for the apartment, Aatman Innovations also paid a hefty stamp duty of ₹6.81 crore. With GST included, the total landed cost is near ₹129 crore! Lodha Developers is creating two spectacular towers here, promising “mansions by the sea” for ultra-rich buyers. Deep Trivedi, Managing Director of Aatman Innovations, is much more than a property buyer. He’s an author and a star in spirituality and psychology circles. Besides that, he’s skilled in investing in the stock market. His wife, Ami Trivedi, is a psychologist from a strong real estate developer family in Ahmedabad, known for big projects like Gallops Industrial Park. The Trivedis already live in a lavish 5,000 sq ft duplex in Juhu. But they love nature too, spending time at their lakeside home near Pawna Lake and a holiday retreat in scenic Khandala. To put this mega deal in perspective, Mumbai’s highest residential real estate sale so far was by pharma tycoon Leena Gandhi Tewari, who bought two sea-facing duplexes in Worli’s Naman Xana for ₹639 crore (₹703 crore total including taxes). Those apartments cost an eye-popping ₹2.83 lakh per sq ft — setting the bar for central Mumbai’s sky-high prices. Lodha Avalon’s jaw-dropping price of ₹1,15,000 per sq ft is now the new king for luxury sea-facing homes in Juhu and stands as a fresh milestone in Mumbai’s fierce real estate race!
