In a thrilling finale at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Hyderabad, Aditya Jain and Adishree Krishnan from NALSAR University of Law took the top prize in The Hindu Future India Club (FIC) College Quiz 2026. The duo scored 75 points to clinch first place. Mustafa Ahmed and Saif-Ur-Rehman from Osmania Medical College were runners-up. The third prize was shared by two teams: Nida Fatima and Atrah Firdaus from Deccan College of Medical Sciences, and Mohammed Moiz Ahmed and Mohammed Mustafa Akhtar from Osmania Medical College. The quiz saw a massive turnout with 175 teams from over 62 colleges across Hyderabad. After a tough preliminary round, the final showdown was intense. Teams from Osmania Medical College and NALSAR University of Law stood out as strong contenders. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Degree College and Deccan College of Medical Sciences also competed fiercely. S.D.T. Rao, General Manager at The Hindu, welcomed participants and set an encouraging tone for the event. Faculty members from the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) including K.V. Ananta Kumar, Rajesh, and Chandra Sekhar spoke about the institute’s scholarships, excellent facilities, and career opportunities designed to develop future leaders through academic excellence. The quiz, hosted by IPE, tested sharp minds in this esteemed competition for undergraduates held on Tuesday, January 28, 2026, in Hyderabad.
