A team from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) and the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) will attend the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, from January 19 to 23. The delegation will meet business leaders, investors, and policymakers to talk about financial services, banking, technology, fintech, and multinational companies. They aim to promote collaboration and capital flow through GIFT City for businesses operating in India. The discussions will cover international banking, fund management, aircraft and ship leasing, fintech, Global Capability Centres, sustainable finance, and emerging technologies. The delegation will share details on GIFT City's infrastructure, regulatory framework, and skilled workforce. Sanjay Kaul, Managing Director and CEO of GIFT City, said, "Our engagement in Davos allows us to engage with decision-makers and explain how GIFT City can function as a gateway for capital and capabilities into India."
