Interpol has issued a Blue Notice for Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of the Goa nightclub where a massive fire killed 25 people. The incident happened on December 6 at Birch by Romeo Lane in Arpora. Officials say the Luthras fled India and are believed to be in Phuket, Thailand. The Goa Police asked the CBI to get the Blue Notice to track them. The fire claimed 25 lives, including 20 staff members and 5 tourists, four of whom were from Delhi. Five injured victims continue treatment at Goa Medical College and Hospital. The CBI acted quickly and sought Interpol’s help. A Blue Notice is used to gather information about a person's location or activities during a criminal investigation. The Goa Police also issued a Look Out Circular against Ajay Gupta and Surinder Kumar Khosla, other nightclub owners. Five people have been arrested so far, including the nightclub's general managers and gate and bar managers. Two Goa government officials have been asked to assist the investigation.
