Three youngsters from Karnataka aged between 20-25 were swept away in the Tungabhadra river near Mantralayam while offering prayers. The youths ventured into the river for a dip when the current dragged three of them away. Search operations are ongoing for Sachin, Ajith, and Pramod with assistance from expert swimmers. The tragic incident unfolded in the temple town of Mantralayam.
