She moves slowly down and then springs back up, making every count. Jessica also tries the goblet step-through squat lunge and a cable med glute kickback. When traveling, she turns resistance bands into her workout friends. "I don't have a table. I am just on the road, making the best I can do," she says with a smile. Her secret weapon for core power is kettle bell dead bugs, which hit the lower abs and back hard. What's the big idea behind her fitness? Jessica is all about embracing change and growing stronger with age. She shares, "I'm tired. My body is not 20-years-old anymore, you know. So, I'm adjusting my workout to what I need to do.
