Akshay Kumar’s Daughter Faces Online Scam! Actor Demands Cyber Safety Lessons in Schools

October 4, 2025

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar shared a shocking story on Friday that will wake every parent up! His teenage daughter was playing an online game when a stranger suddenly asked her to send a nude photo. But thank goodness, the girl was smart and switched off her phone immediately, then told her mother everything. This incident came to light during a cyber safety program in Mumbai, where Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and senior police officers were present. Akshay revealed that months ago, his daughter started chatting with an unknown person while gaming. The stranger sent friendly messages at first, then asked where she was from. She replied Mumbai. Next, he asked if she was a boy or girl. When she said she was a girl, the person shocked her by demanding a nude photograph! "She immediately switched off the whole thing (mobile), went to her mother and told her what had happened," Akshay said proudly. He added her quick action saved her from falling into the hands of dangerous cyber criminals. Calling this a frightening start to online crimes, Akshay said, "This is how everything begins. It is great that my daughter spoke to my wife about it." He warned that children often get trapped like this and sometimes victims are blackmailed or worse. "There are many cases where the victim ends life," he stated. The actor gave a strong message: children need to be taught about online dangers from an early age. "In school, we learn history and maths. We also learn two plus two is four. But in the cyber world that four can become zero. Our children should learn all this," he explained. Akshay made a heartfelt request to the Maharashtra CM to start a weekly cyber safety class for students from classes 7 to 10. "I would like to request the CM that in Maharashtra schools from class 7 to 10, there should be a weekly ‘period’ on cyber safety," he appealed, adding that cyber crime is actually bigger than street crime and must be stopped. With this brave revelation, Akshay Kumar shines a spotlight on the hidden dangers kids face online and pushes for real education to protect India’s future.
