But, surprisingly, the IMD has not issued any official alert for the capital just yet. Right now, Delhi's minimum temperature is expected to hover around a comfortable 25 degrees Celsius, and the mercury will soar up to about 34 degrees. Just the day before, on Wednesday, the national capital enjoyed clear blue skies with the temperature maxing out at 33.4 degrees Celsius — that's 1.3 degrees above the usual! October 3 and 4 will bring patchy rain showers, with temperatures dancing between 26°C and 34°C. Then, hold tight because October 5 is going warmer with the mercury climbing to 35°C and chances of more rain nudging in. But the real drama starts on October 6 and 7 — heavy rains are on their way, and temperatures will take a dip to a cooler 22°C. Finally, things calm down on October 8 with partly cloudy skies and a pleasant high near 31°C.
