The Bombay High Court recently addressed the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) amidst concerns regarding its disbursement processes. The HC posited that the applicants had not demonstrated sufficient grounds to warrant judicial intervention regarding the fund's management, thus ultimately disposing of the case.
