Emirates Airline announced it will add four new weekly flights between Dubai and Manila from April 2, 2026. This increases their weekly services on this busy route from 28 to 34 flights. The new flights will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. They will use Boeing 777-300ER planes with First Class suites, 42 Business lie-flat seats, and 304 Economy seats. The flights leave Dubai at 12:45 pm and reach Manila early the next morning. Return flights depart Manila at 3:25 am, arriving in Dubai at 8:25 am. These schedules offer better connections for passengers traveling onwards to North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Emirates says this expansion shows strong confidence in the Dubai-Manila corridor. This route serves holidaymakers, business travelers, and one of the largest expatriate communities worldwide. Besides passengers, the new flights will boost cargo capacity significantly. Each Boeing 777 can carry up to 20 tonnes of freight even when full of passengers. This extra space supports trades in electronics, agricultural products, and e-commerce. It aligns with recent economic ties between the UAE and the Philippines under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). For the Filipino diaspora in the UAE, Europe, and North America, the additional flights provide greater convenience to visit family. Corporate travelers and seafarers will also benefit from better timing and pricing, especially during busy travel seasons. Emirates has served the Philippines since 1990. The new flights complement its partnerships with Philippine Airlines, connecting passengers smoothly to domestic destinations such as Cebu and Clark. Passengers can book these new flights now through Emirates’ website, app, travel agents, and retail outlets.
