Over 500 Join Bicycle Rally in Hubballi to Boost Road Safety Awareness

A bicycle rally in Hubballi attracted more than 500 participants on Sunday. The event, organised by Young Indians for Road Safety Week, involved students from Classes 7 to 10, their parents, and siblings. The rally began at MM Joshi Hospital in Hosur Cross and ended at BVB College of Engineering. Awards were given for Best Decorated Bicycle, Best Road Safety Slogan, and School with the Highest Student Participation. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Veeresh, addressed students about following traffic rules, using helmets, and safe cycling. Several guests including Sanjay Kotabagi, Dean of KLE TU, and members of the Hubballi Bicycle Club attended the event, reinforcing the message of responsible road behaviour.
