A man named Dave went viral after showing how he trained crows to target red "Make America Great Again" (MAGA) hats. Posting on social media under the handle "biz_dave", he described his months-long effort using peanuts as bait. Dave said, "Getting the crows to come regularly to the feeding place took the longest. That was about a 4-month endeavor." Then, "Once they were coming regularly, it was only about three months to get them to the hat removal stage." In total, he spent around seven months turning neighbourhood crows into a "hat-stealing army." The creative and unusual story quickly gained attention online for its clever use of animals and political angle.
