US influencer Andrew Branca compared Indians and Somalians in the US, saying Somalians commit healthcare fraud due to poverty, but Indians cheat academically. Citing Indian law enforcement busting fake degree mills, Branca said the problem is not Indians alone but all "low trust, high fraud" third-world countries. He said if the US system allows such scams, people will take advantage. "Nobody hates living in India like Indians," he added, explaining why many try to avoid deportation. Branca highlighted the seizure of 100,000 fake diplomas and open-air PhD mills in India, calling fraud "an intrinsic and endemic facet of Indian culture" and common in "low-IQ, low-trust, high-fraud third-world cultures." He said, "I expect if a DOGE commission were to closely examine every Indian visa, green card, and naturalization, we of course find similar fraud THERE. I doubt even 1 in 10,000 immigration applications by Indian national are entirely free of fraud as the law requires. EVERY ONE SHOULD BE REVOKED." He warned that the actual number of fake certificates is far higher. According to Branca, H-1B visas often go to people with fake degrees, letting them enter the US. He added that Indians in America practise "ethno--fascist in-group preference, in-clan hiring," continuing patterns from their home country. Branca said medical degrees can be bought cheaply in India, making it impossible to verify authenticity once holders enter the US. He summarized: "Imagine you are an Indian and you live in the hellhole that is India. You realize that America has developed a situation where you could buy a degree for a few thousand dollars and get yourself into the H-1B pipeline and find yourself living in the pristine first-world America. Why exactly wouldn't you do that? Nobody hates living in India like Indians do."
