The Delhi Panchayat Sangh has raised an urgent demand for the Ministry of Education to fix a problem in the CBSE recruitment process. CBSE has invited applications for 280 posts but the option to select Gurugram University is missing from its online application form. This stops eligible candidates from applying. Gurugram University was established in 2019, taking over colleges previously affiliated with Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Many students from rural Delhi study there. Panchayat Sangh chief Than Singh Yadav said, "This situation is not only an injustice to eligible candidates but also a violation of the right to equal opportunity guaranteed by the Constitution. Excluding a recognised government university from the application list reflects a serious negligence." The Sangh has demanded that CBSE immediately add Gurugram University to its application site. It also wants the application window to reopen for those who missed the chance due to this fault. An updated list of recognised universities must be ensured in all future CBSE recruitments. The Sangh has called for accountability from officials responsible for this mistake. Mr. Yadav urged the CBSE and Education Ministry to solve the issue promptly so that students of Gurugram University do not lose their careers. The demand highlights the need for fairness and proper recognition in government job recruitments.
