The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will launch the BlueBird communications satellite weighing 6,500 kg on December 24, 2025. The launch is part of the LVM3-M6 mission and will take place from the Second Launch Pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The scheduled launch time is 8:54 am IST. The satellite was developed by the U.S.-based company AST SpaceMobile. Initially, the launch was planned for December 15 but was postponed. ISRO has not provided a reason for the delay.
